No Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Because we utilize a professional fulfillment network to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Return & Exchange Window

Notification: Please contact us @customerservice@raszey.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipment: Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Note: We cannot accept any returns or exchanges requested after 21 days due to our fulfillment center's strict security and processing protocols.

Exceptions / Non-returnable products: We are sorry, but we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-day cooling-off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please message us @customerservice@raszey.comdirectly with your order number.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a specific return shipping address.

Important: Do not "Return to Sender" or ship to the address on your package labels, as our automated warehouses cannot track these arrivals and your refund may be delayed.

4. Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want quickly, we process exchanges by issuing a refund for your original item once it is returned to the warehouse. You can then place a new order for the desired item at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Inspection Period: Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of the item being received at the warehouse.

Refund Method: Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Non-Refundable: Please note that original shipping charges (if any) and "Expedited Shipping Upgrades" are non-refundable as these services are consumed at the time of initial shipment.
