Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after order is placed and payment is completed. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping speed and your delivery address.
We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:
- Standard : 5-7 business days
- Expedited : 2-3 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center. You can track your order using the link provided in your email.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at RASZEY within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic U.S. orders, all applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. No additional duties or taxes are due upon delivery.
